Wuhan Tiandi Groundbreaking at B4 and B5 lots
A groundbreaking ceremony for the Wuhan Tiandi B4 and B5 lots, phase I of the Wuhan Xintiandi B1-B5 project, took place on July 9. The event was jointly hosted by China Xintiandi Wuhan Commercial General Manager Henry Liauw, Shui On Land Executive Director Mathew Guo, Wuhan Project General Manager Allan Zhang and Wuhan Project Assistant General Manager Chen Liwen. The B1-5 project has a gross floor area of 395,000sqm and includes retail, office and residential facilities. The phase I project encompassing B4 and B5 covers 100,000sqm, and consists of retail podium and a residential tower.
The Xintiandi-style commercial district that Wuhan Tiandi has successfully created under the master plan of its parent company Shui On Land consists of Grade A office buildings and high-end residences. The project has already become a Wuhan landmark. A high-end shopping mall named HORIZON that launches in the 3rd quarter of 2015 will connect to Wuhan Xintiandi and its grade A office buildings, creating a high-end commercial district with unique cultural atmosphere that is truly on the cutting edge of commercial real estate.
