In the Name of Light, China Xintiandi Illustrates LUMIÈRES CHINA in Three Cities and Celebrates the Opening Ceremony of THE HUB

On Dec. 12, three of China Xintiandi’s projects – THE HUB, Chongqing Tiandi and Foshan Lingnan Tiandi team up with Lyon Festival of Lights, one of the most famous three festivals of light around the world, initiated “LUMIÈRES CHINA” in Shanghai, Chongqing and Foshan. This light festival demonstrated light art works from Lyon Festival of Lights and domestic artists, and it also celebrated the opening ceremony of THE HUB at the same time. Themed “Light & Scenery”, “LUMIÈRES CHINA” used light as media to create art and cultural scenery based on artists’ understanding of local cultural background and landscape in the three cities. The art works include all combination of showcases, sculpture, video, music, multi-media interaction, expressing the interpretation of nature and life, history and humanity, since and art. China Xintiandi is committed to building new landmark of city art and fashion.
