China Xintiandi’s Strategy for Experiential Commercial Properties
The fifth Channel of Retail Forum, hosted by Mall China, was held at the Shanghai Marriott Hotel in Hongqiao from 8 to 10 April. The forum provided a platform for famous developers, operators and merchants to gather. This year, the forum focused on the development strategies of Chinese shopping malls, and how retail brands can optimize business strategies in the current market. Thomas Tam, China Xintiandi Executive Director, Commercial, and Jacky Tang, General Manager, Product Development participated in the forum. As a guest speaker, Thomas Tam delivered a speech analyzing new development strategies in experiential F&B and entertainment. Jacky Tang meanwhile shared his opinion on the competition and collaboration between outdoor commercial streets and shopping malls during a discussion session.
